As the new coronavirus spreads, large numbers of people are trapped in their homes, becoming isolated islands. In my new VR work Mayfly, it's divided into two parts，in the first part，inside the floating viral cells are isolated individuals, that like mayflies enjoying a flicker of life in this world and as infinitesimal as a grain of millet in the sea. In the second part, I will make up a fictional narrative through VR. In this part, the first scene is about a cat that left alone in an infected area, and the second scene is the experience of fourteen days isolation in a room that in only five square meters.
